Pricing

•$199 Non-refundable Set Up Fee •$99 Security Deposit •$9.99 per day (Up to 100 delivered faxes, Monday – Friday excluding holidays) 

Additional Fax Rate*** 

•5¢ per page over the first 100  

i.e. 100 faxes = $10.00, 200 faxes $15.00, 300 faxes = $20.00, etc.

Additional Permission Based Fax Numbers Rate 

•75¢ per additional permission-based phone call will apply when exceeding 100 calls 

Administrative & Graphics and Web Page Changes

•$40 per hour (broken into 15 min increments) This applies to reports, template redesigns, logo changes, etc.
